Thank you for choosing PTC® for your calibration needs.
Please fill out and submit the form below for a return materials authorization (RMA) number. PTC® will email you the RMA number and return shipping address.
After receiving and evaluating your unit, we will contact you with a quote. Once the quote has been approved, PTC® will proceed with repair/recalibration.
The calibration interval is determined by the end user, based on frequency of use, severity of conditions, environmental factors, and other variables.
The calibration interval of 12 months will be used unless otherwise specified

Note for durometers: Due to the mechanical measurements required to evaluate a durometer, a $50 evaluation fee will apply if you decided not to have the
unit repaired. The evaluation fee will be waived if you decide to purchase a new unit.
Turnaround time for most instruments is approximately one week; lab instruments can take up to 10 business days to complete.
Please let us know if you have a deadline or upcoming audit so your instruments are given our top priority.
